Bintang- India Launch

It is a Spec Ad

Brief - Launch Bintang Pilsner in India while preserving the carefree image the brand has earned across Asian beach destinations.

Insight - In India, drinking is often associated with an occasion, a wedding, celebration, a tired day; basically taking out an excuse to drink. Across many Asian beach destinations, however, Bintang is perceived less as an alcoholic beverage and more as part of the lifestyle itself. It simply becomes part of the day, as effortless as watching the sunset or taking a break after a swim.

Big Idea - The objective was to introduce the relaxed, effortless drinking culture associated with Bintang in Southeast Asia to Indian consumers. Introduce the brand in an unconventional, relaxed way and slide it into the everyday lifestyle. Introduce it as an everyday, guilt-free casual drink.

Narrative Thought - Instead of introducing Bintang through another party or nightlife commercial, the campaign places it in the least expected environment: a live television interview, which naturally wouldn't be socially acceptable, but in Goa. The host and even the viewers at home casually sip Bintang throughout the conversation without anyone acknowledging it (revealed with a narrative twist). The beer naturally exists within the chill moment. By making the audience accept the behaviour before they question it, the film introduces India's first impression of Bintang as the relaxed, easygoing beer people already know across Asia.

So comes the tagline—YOU NEVER HAVE TO EXPLAIN, CAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND.

The above video is my first AI genrated Ad directed and created by me .From sketching characters and set,  to  drawing  the storyboards. The use of the music in this is a complete creative liberty no income has been generated through it, the right of it solely lies with its creator or whomsoever it may concern.

The early storyboards of the whole sequence i drew.

These are the visual references and my character sketches and an earlier set design. This is what i followed for my Ad to set it in this visual tone. Rich in colour tones and saturation. With a minimal camera movement to set the calm Goa feel.
